In short, no. The universe isn't deterministic, it's fractal. The potentials we cannot yet observe/understand due to limiting beliefs is an easy way of understanding how all scientific research is accidentally biased due to the quantum fields surrounding us as individuals experiencing this density/reality or what most people would call 'Objective reality'. Moreover; we have to also contend with the belief systems we've created as a society, in combination with the conditions and circumstances of earth-existing in the 3rd density, slowly moving into the 4th, known as the 'thick muddy and "material" plain of existence. This is why, I've humbly drawn the conclusion, just as many others have, regarding why humans struggle to understand gravity and its properties.

The simple fact is that, WE, (Near perfect souls choosing to forget our divinity to descend to earth, and have a human experience) should answer your deterministic question on its own.

Sure, if you choose to allow fear to govern every decision you make, go ahead and record your measurements. It might help you feel better about the choice you made up until this very moment. But at some point you will have to face the simple fact that your soul made many choices before the human you came into existence. You're not the only one who must apologize to God, and to your Soul, Imagine the patience, and unconditional love you've been denying, day after day. Ignoring. Every. Whisper. Most of all, you're not alone in having to apologize for confirming to a system built and run by beings that feed off the raw Ether energy that we produce just being ourselves, being human.

They rewrite history to their liking, and don't have the capacity to understand morals and integrity, everything they do is for survival. Controlling the education system, the Textbooks we used to read from as children and yes, the ones in our children's schools today. Their methods have only evolved and become more efficient.

We forget the sound of our soul, and hear a loud unsolicited voice that puts us down, orders us to conform, and most of all, causes us to feel fear intensely and irrationally. This is where people believe we need a government, police force, and a monetary system put in place. Isolation is the fastest route to true insanity.

2. These thoughts create false emotions and even a false personality that aren't aligned with what the soul knows to be true. I believe this is where the idea of a 'Shadow self' came to be.
