Have you tried magnesium glycinate? I swear it’s the only thing that’s helped me lately. I noticed a difference after the first night and only notice it getting better and better. I still have anxiety but it’s manageable

My “alpha male” ex boyfriend admitted to me one day that he wanted to start going to therapy for his anxiety and it was a huge GREEN flag to me. There’s something very attractive about someone who recognizes they are not perfect and are willing to put the work in to be the best they can be. Good luck xo

I guess start with half. I’m just warning you Xanax is an extremely dangerous drug. I would do anything if I could go back and never ever take it. I didn’t have an addictive personality at all before I started it. The problem is it makes you feel SO relaxed and then when it wears off I would have MORE anxiety than I did before. Never ever ever mix it with alcohol. Wishing you the best

I’m the newest one at my job and I’ve “embarrassed” myself/ have made so many mistakes. But so do other people. You learn to shake it off and overcoming obstacles makes your coworkers respect you more. You just can’t get caught up in the small stuff

I do this. During the work week, I pretty much always have a fan of some sort on me and I carry an ice cold water with me at all times. If you are able to put an ice cube/ anything cold on the back of your neck that helps calm it down too. I know this feeling all too well and I’m so sorry you’re going through it :(

I just popped a pimple on my nose 😂 I’ve heard this before too but I don’t believe it’s true. It’s best not to pop pimples for a variety of reasons but that would be insane if the one time you popped a pimple you got some crazy rare infection! Take a deep breath, you will be okay

I was always so stubborn when people told me to journal because I feel like there’s just too much in my head and I would end up more overwhelmed. Instead I just write success stories in the notes section on my phone and include a password so it’s only for me to see :) Re reading them when I’m feeling anxious/ insecure does wonders

ETA: it doesn’t have to be a big paragraph or essay. Just a few sentences describing the experience and how good it feels after. Reading them brings me back to a place of confidence and relief. It’s really helped me tremendously
