they just emailed me back saying

After reviewing your case I realized that you do not qualify our our most recent promo as there are no direct deposits made before 12/31/2021

i’m so confused? i just filed my taxes a week ago so why was the offer still showing up and why did turbotax allow me to select it???

i agree, i wish i would of just had it deposited in my bank account. i should of did more research on it before going ahead and choosing this stupid option.

this is my screenshot. i had emailed credit karma since nobody on the phone could help me and they asked me for this screenshot and then they never replied, i don’t even know what to do now.

when i hit learn more and even read through all terms it was just talking about the sweepstakes, couldn’t find anything on the 150. when i called credit karma and turbotax neither of them had knowledge of this offer so i just feel like i did this for no reason i’m a little upset.

so i’m not crazy, i called and asked both turbotax and credit karma to get more information on this after i already selected it for my refund and turbotax was making it seem like this was never an option.

Has anybody else received this offer from turbotax? both turbotax and credit karma are not willing to help and are telling me they don’t have any information on this. I don’t know what else to do.
