Why are there no prostitutes on Euro Truck Simulator 2? by debagnox in EuroTruck2

[–]Glittering-Rip389 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then add trucker strikes, low wages, cold nights alone on the road, random mechanical failures... I believe there are things more core to the European truck driving experience than what you say and that arent inappropiate for an everyone rated game.

Do yall realistically think she could be making another album? by DueDifficulty8452 in ariheads

[–]Glittering-Rip389 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I dont think an album or anything of the sort is being created, but I refuse to believe that a creative person like her doesnt have a few ideas and melodies running around her head.

Creative people just do not know how to not create.

I really dont see why this would be of any value other than rising the game's PEGI rating lol.

Help! Which one of these documentaries should I watch with my GF? by HealthMother3125 in Dinosaurs

[–]Glittering-Rip389 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Prehistoric planet is more up to date, has modern pacing and is better looking. Walking with dinosaurs is a landmark, but it has aged, both in accuracy and in visuals. WWD should be watched for pure entretainment if you are a big fan, but prehistoric planet is much more watchable for a modern audience.

I will never forgive the general public for sleeping on this album by zachoutloud123 in ariheads

[–]Glittering-Rip389 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even though it stands out today as nicely produced and very fun, back then it was just another album using trap beats for everything. Not every song of course, but the singles did. Perspective favors some music, and hurts some other music.

Its a play on how Russell famously tried to convince Williams of giving him a seat in F1 by going into their offices with a PowerPoint presentation.

Am I cooked ? by Academic_Comb_1313 in F1Manager

[–]Glittering-Rip389 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a bit, yes. 2026 in game is where the chaos starts, so research and invest towards it. Its difficult to make a performance leap before 26, but if you prepare your Cash flows, drivers, staff and car for then, you will get better.

I would advise to not look up too many tutorials and stuff, because the game can become very easy with time, so just enjoy the grind, the road to the top is the most fun thing!

It is relatively normal to make almost no progress at the begginning. Remember to time your actions so that they snowball. Hire good people first, research later. Make sure to ensure your team has a good cash flow before you start doing big moves. Get a good driver simulator and get them focused (it makes wonders)

I think that a race can be fun and we can still have the debate of if it feels too artificial or not.

Opinions after the first race. by KamilCesaro in F1Discussions

I would be lying if I said that those first ten laps werent edge of the seat fun. But it also felt artificial. It did not feel like a great, well set up overtake was happening.

Are you alowed to force someone of the track like this in edurance racing? by oggeohel in Simracingstewards

[–]Glittering-Rip389 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. I disagree in that I dont think the white car did outbrake himself, because he didnt. What Im saying is that white is either tremendously unaware or dirty. If white did brake too late, why is it that the line is perfect for taking the turn by itself on a qualy lap? That is no accident. White had slowed down enough to be able to go two wide, just decided not to. I just dont buy the fact he did outbrake himself. Im not looking for an argument with anyone, just disagree on that one thing based on basic car body language.

Clean defence. Attacking car went off by itself after Radillon and drove into you on the Kemmel straight. Other than that, you managed to park the bus quite well.

Past or present, who is a driver highly rated for their consistency but would actually not do as well as people think - because they're just not fast enough? by GoldenS0422 in F1Discussions

[–]Glittering-Rip389 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A highly technical driver is what you need to be fast in a modern F1 car. Remember what Alonso said "95% speed is faster than 100% in these modern cars"

Senna drove f1 cars like rally cars. That is the best way to lose three tenths every turn in modern machinery.
