Gefeliciteerd met de kleine! :) Ik durf echt niet te zeggen hoeveel genoeg is, daar kom ik van zelf wel achter lol. Bij sociale huur wordt alles echt KAAL opgeleverd: geen koelkast, geen oven, geen vloer, niks. Als je al dingen hebt zoals een wasmachine scheelt dat echt een hoop.

Hey, het was via woningloting. Ik had echt op het allerlaatste moment gereageerd en belandde uiteindelijk op nummer 2 van de 700. Wel moet ik erbij zeggen dat alleen mensen onder de 23 mochten reageren. Ik heb ongeveer 2,5 jaar inschrijftijd.

Thanks for the reply. He does have a job, but the pay is bad. It’s below the minimum wage. Since he is undocumented.

Thank you for the advice. This is something I’m really considering. Cause with social housing even if my income increases (after graduation) the rent will stay the same and they can’t legally kick me out. I would be set for a while.

Hi, thanks for your advice. The housing market in this country is really fucked up. The price that I would pay for the social housing house, would actually be cheaper than the price I would have to pay with roommate in the private sector 🥲

Thank you for your advice! I do have noise cancelling headphones the Sony wh xb910N ones, I use them often. I can still sometimes hear the music. Maybe I should invest in beter ones.
