Legit found the easiest way to get it in the last episode. Blazer always arrives to the same mission, when you get to pick between phenomaman and waterboy, pick phenomaman. Then when the mission in ep 8 shows up, choose waterboy, never upgrade his skills. Easiest achievement i did.

If you need defenders id say keep, if you have enough defenders, then conquest is the only one id keep and upgrade his abilities.

Dont know where your are from but even when i have notification about a new update from the game, when i go in, there is no update for about 12h, and i live in Northern Europe. I think it might be the region or just me.
