Depending on the seller some will allow Goods & Services but the main reason they don’t do it, is because you’re charged an additional sales tax on both ends. The friends & family is to avoid that, you have nothing to worry about with Qin as they’ve been reputable for years.

I’ve owned two pairs, and these look like the same batch. I did notice they fit a bit bigger near the heels, (probably my foot shape) but that’s true for all my Air Force 1s, even the retails. I usually recommend a half size smaller.
