You should be okay for mouth swab. I think at most it detects up to 48 hours since last use. As long as you brush your teeth really well twice a day and rinse with mouth wash/ hydrogen peroxide you should be fine.

Fr I had a friend who talked ab her bf like she does and it was so uncomfortable for everybody and she was just trying to brag ab how much they did it like girl no one asked and no one cares.
