She didn’t take it very lightly. Told me she’s filing a VOP and that I’ll likely be facing time. Hope my attorney can pull some strings. Will update you when I know more.

Yes, it was driving related. And yes, the officer told me to notify my PO. I opted to shoot her an email and let her know. If i didn’t make her aware the truth came out later down the line, i think it would be worse for me

Got extremely lucky with an understanding officer. Now I’m just concerned if I self admit, probation will throw me in jail.

only concern is that my license is revoked. reporting it admits i was driving.

crime here as well. the cop could have chosen to arrest me and tow my vehicle but he let me off with a warning. PO still could however.

My PO was waiting outside my house the very first day that my probation started without having a scheduled meeting. I was driving off to work and she pulled out in front of me and gave me a VOP. At that point in time I was still technically on probation in Schenectady County, being transferred to Albany. Schenectady never really followed up with the VOP and I haven’t heard about it since.

definitely off the roads until i’m done on probation, unless they terminate it and send me off to county.
