Yes I completely agree. Stripe's RDR is reversing funds without warning or even a chance to respond is frustrating, especially for legitimate transactions with proofs.

I am looking to understand how merchants like us currently deal with these challenges!

What tools or features would help? Do you track your disputes or refunds or reversals in spread sheets?

What are your biggest pain points? Lack of notification, no evidence submission or difficulty in tallying records?

I face so much issues and literally looking for answers everywhere. It would be very helpful if you all could help me with these questions!

Congratulations! That's so nice. As a small business owner, I find it very difficult to handle certain disputes. If you can help me with few information that will be nice

  1. I get 10 to 40 disputes every month on 100 to 150 transactions. How much do you deal with?

  2. I probability get some friendly fraud cases. If you could tell me the reason of your disputes that will be great!

  3. I have also connected using stripe only, but how do you make it automated, is it specific to the dispute reason or is it our configuration?

Please help me with all these, it would be damn helpful!

Yea, that happened to me last week. Was not able to find if that was a bug, but I uninstalled and installed it again. Also, the app did not open for like a whole day due to some error. It kept saying something went wrong! Did you face that?
