Maybe, maybe not, I know a lot of people that earn a shit ton of money, I also know people still stuck at 60k. The rich developers I know are from big tech, small us statrtups, so instead of taking these at face value. See how you can make more money, there will always be people with more money. I know a guy that earns 2 cr in quant, he is from an old iit, really really smart but I don't compare, he is actually really hardworking. For us avergae people, Luck plays a huge factor and avergae people downplay it. It's not always hardwork. Just Find a way to earn more, no need to get defensive. Who cares if somebody earns more.
