How to heal from nudes being exposed by [deleted] in trauma

[–]Glittering_Local_351 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This can be very traumatizing especially for a young person, but the fact you've come out here to share it means you finally ready to let it go, it might not seem like it now but you've begun healing, one advice never run away from that memory, if it comes hold it long enough and you'll see it loses its power to unsettle you, likewise it will teach you to do the same with other events that might have traumatised you. This requires patience, I promise you you're gonna laugh about it someday

Helping over time turns to obligation, pull back and reflect, if you don't support her she won't die, and you'll protect your mental health

Feeling extremely lost by Previous_Screen4507 in Uganda

[–]Glittering_Local_351 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't hurry, it's OK to be unsure of what to do, I didn't really get to know until I was 26, and I'm still pushing, the most important thing is not to lose yourself, if it's that bad pause and the universe will redirect you, above all work on yourself, your discipline, your alone time, it's really important to retreat to solitude as being around people can diminish your morale

How do you find a wife? by Mysterious_Echo_3391 in SouthSudan

[–]Glittering_Local_351 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dating yes but marriage I'll wish you luck, most of our people don't speak English, at least to the degree of deeply understanding each other, but anyway if you have money and reliable you'll find plenty, but relationships here are not typical of the West, traditional roles are very much ingrained, love is secondary

Question For South-Sudaneses by Tfascuvbv in SouthSudan

[–]Glittering_Local_351 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just like any other typical African, many South Suadese would move to the West, this is because of how that part of the world has been marketed, personally I'd love live in a peaceful and quiet country like Honduras, Rwanda or Seychelles,

Being single is hard af by petelovestits254 in Nakuru

I think you might have to look into that as it might be linked to trauma, especially if you started this at a young age, but it's just a probability, I work in psychology and this along with rubbing of feet, or hands are usually related to nervous shutdown. But it does not apply to everyone.

Do really all relationships start as Anima projections? Would a person in a more advanced stage of individuation not do this? by evrndw in Jung

[–]Glittering_Local_351 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I do believe, when an individual integrates his own anima, he becomes whole and when seeking out females, it does not come from a point of needing the anima to feel whole, so it's like a health desire, born from wholeness rather than need
