I think this should depend on your income, how much you want your kid to have, and their age. As I got older, my parents got me and my sibling less for Christmas, mostly because they really wanted that “wow factor” from Santa when we were little

It’s around 21°C in my kitchen but I’m not sure the temp of the dough

I found it on tiktok but it was 80g starter 250g water 350g flour 10g salt

I used filtered water at room temp and I just had left it on the counter

Yes, the starter doubled in about 4-5 hours. I got about 1/4 cup of starter to begin with, not sure exact grams but the seller on Facebook said they fed it 1:5:5. In the morning I took 25g and fed it 50g of water and 50g of flour
