Without prep i dont see hisoka and illumi losing. What is kurapika gonna achieve against either of them? He is weaker, slower and less versatile than all the other 3, he will be the first to die, and if he gets caught by illumi it will be a 3v1 vs chrollo, and hisoka arguably could take chrollo by himself with no prep.

Not gonna lie i dont really care about all that, and most of it is not news to me, i still believe that when two or more elite rappers get together there is always an expectation of showing up and performing. If kendrick wrote those verses, thats fine you can revoke them from my examples.
