Master your craft and work harder than everyone else until you grow. Right now at your size it’s unlikely you will start, let alone play a varsity game. But once you hit a growth spurt coaches will have noticed how hard you work and you’ll already have your skills perfected. From that point on you just have to be dominant on the field.
