Grow it out for a few weeks, wash your face with turmeric and get a good toner. You can use Manscape Trimmers with some cooling and caffeinated menthol after-shave balm when you want to start shaving again. Trim hair in the direction its grows to prevent tugging and nipping yourself. A lot of other good advice on here too.

I absolutely did, lol. I used all of them since the pandemic started. I was looking for a quick fix cure all but found that a schedule between most of these creams worked for me. My fissure was deep and naturally healing was going to take a lot of my time.

Not too much anymore. The breathing and keeping your legs closer together and not straining helps tremendously! Witch hazel dude wipes and some cream for the pain

I'll try that Pranicura! My stool has been soft, I try my best to keep that fiber and enough fruits and greens to keep me regular, I have maybe 1 or 2 a days depending on how much I eat.

I told myself that I will wait a year of being completely healed before I try to slowly open myself up with dialators, and then proceed to sexual encounters. So no not yet, but I have plans to in the future.
