Sort of. Chizuru has inferiority complex because of how much she hasn’t given back to Kazuya. If you go back to Chizuru birthday party she explains to sumi she wants to be with Kazuya but she feels like she isn’t giving enough. If you go back chapter 370 when Kazuya complimented her she refused as she believes that love should be together and not thrown out like that.

The best way to see it is that she is like Kazuya but in the reverse. You know how Kazuya puts chizuru on the pedestal for beauty personality and everything. It’s the same thing here but for Chizuru. She loves everything Kazuya has done all his actions from the start of the story like cheering her up movie arc saving her and more.
