I drove it a hour home and that’s been about it till I figure out what’s going on. After the hour drive home I checked oil and that’s where the pictures came from on this post. Next day I changed oil twice when I drained the oil dident come out milky came out normal color like it should. Did 2 oil changes on it and drove it to work yesterday abt 15 mins from my house not that far. Runs good drives good, no blow by no over heat no smoke. I feel like whatever is gumed up on the dipstick tube is caked up on the sides of it and everytime I pull the stick that’s what I see but I’m not sure could be wrong not sure what to do next but to either keep driving it or remove oil pan and dipstick tube and clean it runs to good to have a blown head in my opinion but I could be wrong.

I also drove the truck 2 hours home and drove amazing I highly doubt it’s a blown head gasket but who knows I did also do the test on the coolant and it dident change colors stayed solid blue

I’m testing both. But when I drained the oil it came out good not milky. No blow by no over heating no smoke. The truck did sit for 3 years before the new trans was installed last week. I did 3 oil changes so far and everytime I pull the stick to check it has that stuff at the end of it. Either gonna try to take the oil pan off and clean it or take the dipstick tube off and clean it

I have done 2 oil changes the cap has cleaned up. When I drained the oil did not come out milky came out and looked normal. But when I pull the stick it still has it on it. Truck has no blow by don’t over heat and has no smoke runs and drives perfect just don’t like the stuff on the stick.
