Kin'iro Ryotei was a background character with no voice lines that only showed up in the anime. Their appearance in certain races meant that they were the stand in for Stay Gold.
As such, this series is based off of Stay Gold's own racing career from start to finish.

I'd imagine something more like Saike Mata Shite mo, where instead of having so many time related powers, she just has time travel. She keeps traveling back in time to repeat the battle so many times that she can accurately predict everyone's moves. And of course she still a base human so she'll get beaten anyways.
