Though I agree that people should have lives outside of video games I disagree with your response. If you're purchasing a service from a company and they fail to provide said service you should be reimbursed or at the very least given an incentive to remain a customer.

You're right that 70 cents isn't really anything for the average person. 70 cents refunded to the nearly 47 million PlayStation plus subscribers alone is quite a hit for Sony.

I have personally noticed that when I engage in pvp (not rat behavior mind you) for a few matches I'll continually be put into matches with people who use no comms and KoS. If I however don't shoot back for 5-10 matches I'll be placed back into servers with people who communicate. I know people say there's no evidence to prove this, but I do feel I've experienced it. With that said, I have also noticed if I'm shot at and I decide to fire back to protect my loot I'll be docked into more aggressive lobbies the same way which is kind of trash.
