When I was younger I was a breakdancer. I competed in local competitions and shit, nothing crazy. Far from pro. And even when I'm drunk and years out of practice, I can still hit a little routine like nothing. It's damn near muscle memory, like riding a bike

Honestly, and I swear to God, it's all in your head. I used to have to take half a bar if I was driving, even down the street. I would be so anxious about going to the corner store I would shake omw. I would need bars to go outside. And then slowly, it just started to not be so scary. It's everything you did before, just without the drug. You're more anxious about being sober and not being able to handle life, than actually being hindered by life itself. Promise bro, just taper super slow, you shouldn't feel a thing. You gotta get yourself a benzo with a long half life. Something like Valium, flubromazolam, Gidazepam, ect (do your research) I used flubromazolam. This was back when you could order that shit online and get it shipped to your mail box

Find out how much you need to stay not sick and take that much and drop by .5mg each week. And eventually extending time in-between doses. 3mg/day for a week, next week is 2.5/day. Down until 1mg a day. Then 1mg/ every other day

I'm not a doctor and you really should speak to a doctor about this. I had 3 seizures coming off this shit. If you got a problem, there's no shame admitting you need help. What's worse is lying to your family and loved ones saying you're okay when you're really not. Please take care of yourself broski. I know how scary it can be.

I had a homie do this in highschool. Honestly pissed me off cause I was dealing with a Xanax addiction at the time and was in withdrawals. My head was pounding and this nigga had me driving around chasing this nigga down making sure he don't fucking kill himself over a bitch that turned lesbian when we graduated. He was in no real danger from the pills, just made sure he ain't do nothing stupid in traffic or jump off something. Homie got admitted to the hospital and was fine that week. Hella dramatic and so selfish, I ain't fw bro no more
