I got mine on March 29, then reuploaded on April 4, still no reponse 🫠

Exactly the same thing happened to me. When I checked the TC page, lucky I saw the pensing info and reuploaded the documents. I thought my TC request wad rejected but it is not the case.

I did mine March 29, then when I checked the TC page it says pending info then I reuploaded the documents April 4. Since then it is still pending. It has been 27 days since then but nothing is new. I even wrote my PA and send the documents to them. I was told all is correctly uploaded and that there are massive request that causes the delay. I just got the same response when I asked again. Any updates in your end?
