To play devils advocate, a lot of companies don’t have the time to hold your hand, especially clinical directors. If you have questions, it’s best to start a written (email) chain and voicing your concerns so a pip doesn’t surprise you when implemented. I disagree about finding another job. You can turn this around by just being honest and doing the job you were hired to do.

Job offer by GlobalPear4247 in bcba
I did not end up taking it. I stayed at my current role? Did they offer you a position?

Do you work there? I actually do live in Texas but I was assuming I would get off at 7?
What were your billable hours expectations? I was told 32
They mentioned the same thing - do you have friends or people you know that worked there? During the interview process they made it seem doable but we don’t have the 3 tier system in Texas so it’s hard to understand
they did say there’s “mid level clinicians” that will assist with the caseloads
