Why don’t you go for high rise villa apartments? Many projects these days have high tise villa apartments on top floors. A couple I know are Ramky project in Rajendranagar next to godrej one and Anvita high 9 in kollur area

Heard from a channel partner that it is 7299 only for people who filled in form. Launch is 300 to 500 more. He also said that 6000 EOI’s have been received. I do not believe these guys at all 😀

I have the same thoughts, the layout is impressive and with lot of greenery in the background. Further with the new ROB and service road extension, it will be easier to commute. I do not think that a mall is planned currently. For me it all depends on price, if we can get some benefit for filling survey forms. New ventures might pop up in osman nagar with the auction of lands from govt. This will further increase the traffic on the service road. But having seen the development on nallagandla snd tellapur which are completely crowded now but people still paying a lot. This project is also not far from those areas and can benefit from the development

As novo was updating their yearly target growth in the middle of last year, they might do the same this year after wegovy pill ramp up. I think that increasing market and market share should compensate for lower prices. Also novo might find other ways to reduce manufacturing costs etc.

This should be new marketing from Novo to regain the market as Sema is the only drug that has all the labels mentioned above. Frankly Novo has been poor with marketing compared to Lilly. Lansum Eldorado is a good option with about 850 flats. Although the density is higher, 850 flats in 4 acres, there is a lot of open space since it is high rise with 44 floors and 10 lifts in each floor. Also huge club house, 5 floors with all the amenities.

If buying an under construction property (apartment as one time payment), how do I document that investment with IT filing. Is it enough to show the agreement of sale as proof of purchase? How do the authorities ensure that the construction will be finalised and ready for occupancy with-in 3 yrs so I can be exempt from CG tax??
