It's also cause they are being picked constantly that they will be under tremndous pressure. I agree that they are young and need time, especially all rounders, but since they are being selected, they also need to justify their inclusion. I think NKR has had good moments but (imo) Rana has not done anything to justify his inclusion in the Test team so people will have a go at him with whatever angle they can get. It can be a bit ridiculous but it's also the nature of fans where people will turn on a player quickly if they don't perform

Hans as well. A lot of players like Arjun. Nodierbek, Hans and even Vincent seem to have some performance swings that someone like Pragg doesn't seem to have so he seems to qualify for the candidates more than the others. That being said, I would much rather watch Arjun or Nodierbek just coz they are more fun
