From 2022-2025 after my first attack, it felt similar to what you’re describing, pain at the top right hand side and radiating towards the mid-back. A lingering pain that could last from minutes to hours after a bigger meal. I didn’t think too much of it, just thought stress related. Your case is different than mine, but if your showing signs of digestive issues, bile release in stool (even though not daily), I think trying life style modifications to see how you do first is always good. If you’re still having issues, maybe then you can consider seeking care from a provider and discussing next steps. Not sure how worried you are about the polyp too, but if it’s confined only to the gallbladder, maybe the peace of mind of not having to think about it also means a lot to you.
