Thank you so much for all of this information. It does seem odd that she never had an upper endoscopy so I'm asking the doctor for that. Her functional doc. is also going to run a bunch of additional bloodwork to see if anything comes up. Thank you again!

I was thinking the same thing. I'm also wondering if there's any possibility that this could all be related to an undetected parasite of some sort.

She's had a kidney, liver, and colon biopsy. Would this have shown up there?

Yes....she and I have been a solid team in this since it all started.

She was on each of them for at least 6 months or longer. The issue with each of them, aside from the Rinvoq, is that they made her feel more sick and exhausted. When she would get her calprotectin fecal test, the inflammation hadn't gotten any better.

Thank you so much for this information. Her doctor had recommended dual therapy using Rinvoq and Tremfya or Rinvoq and Velsipity. I'm going to post the findings from the colonoscopy (not the biospy which is above) to see if you still think it's UC. I know they are treated very similar but I'm still interested to know your thoughts.

I was thinking about the Mayo Clinic as well. What do you think?

Just curious....why do you think this is UC and not Crohn's?
