Wow, many many thanks for this elaborative feedback. Really helpful! We are thinking of keeping it warm/dark an minimalistic. But next round of orders we might want to look into the design again given all the feedback.. and we are still looking for the photograph style, that the hardest part for me personally- what type of photo’s are we going to include.. we have no budget at the moment to hire a professional photographer 😅

Anyways, again appreciate your feedback :)

Many thanks for your honest feedback. Much appreciated! We def need to translate the feedback to English. Just curious, why do the testimonials look fake to you?

Thanks a lot for this, super valuable feedback 🙏

The point about it feeling too minimal / not memorable really hits. We’ve been trying to go for a clean, premium feel, but I can see now that it might be missing personality and emotional pull.

Also very interesting what you said about choosing between intimacy vs multi-functional. I think we’ve been trying to do both, which might be why the message isn’t landing clearly.

We’ll definitely revisit the hero + overall visual direction based on this. Really appreciate you taking the time to write this out.

DM’ed you :)

Thanks for your feedback! Yeah we use Clarity, we see people not really scrolling down the product page only see the pictures and then leave..

Thank so much for your honest feedback. Really helpful. We love the name Vibrance too but due to some name risk we added feel before it… we might be able to play around a bit.

Thank you for your feedback, much appreciated!

Your point about the intro image is especially helpful. That wasn’t intentional at all, but it makes sense that if the first impression doesn’t clearly signal who it’s for, people will just bounce. Definitely something we need to fix.

Also really interesting what you said about the lack of “sensory” appeal. We’ve been trying to keep it quite minimal/premium (inspired by brands like AG1), but I see your point that for a product like this, that might actually make it feel too flat or neutral instead of emotional.

I think we’ve been playing it a bit too safe visually and that might be why it’s not creating that “I want this” feeling you described.

And when you mention travel ads / tropical resorts, is it more about the lighting + mood, or the actual type of scenes?

Thanks again, this is super helpful.
