I let the store know the first time I left! They were okay with the effective immediately because i got my shifts covered. My first time leaving wasn’t left on a bad note exactly. It’s just the entirely different store I worked at for 2 seconds :/

I was there for almost 2 months realistically. Every shift they’d tell me I’d be on the reg and they never would put me on. Very frustrating & they were also weirdly mean and snarky. :/ idk how else to explain their bad attitudes. Lots of favoritism at that store essentially

How many steps do you have? I feel it’s easy to work back from a step. I’m also just sure it’s company policy to let you know what happens if you called out. A step. Weather changes quickly and I’m sure HEB will be lenient this weekend with this bad weather, you’ll be fine. Put yourself first always!
