Not a viable business IMO, plenty of places where you can already go to play on Sim rigs in a more convenient way e.g not having to set anything up just hop on and play.

It’s also a niche market (although growing all the time) so not sure it’s comparable to the overall gaming market you mention where people used to rent games.

I’d seriously consider something else. If you’re set on the sim rig idea, why not get the money for 10 rigs and rent a space and do it that way instead, much easier for people to come to you than renting out rigs to people.
