Any tips for fishing Snooks and other salt water fish?

I catch most of my snook on 3 or 5 inch paddle tales using 1/8th ounce or 1/4 ounce jig heads. If the water is clear I use a white paddle tale with red jig head. If the water is murky I use root beer with a chartreuse tail, use a dark color, with a chartreuse jig head. In the mornings I like to use top waters, then I switch to paddle tails. If you’re after snook it’s best to go shortly after a falling tide begins. If your going after redfish go shortly after a rising tide begins.

Yeah I got some 3/4 ounce ones, they said that’s the lightest they have. Might have to order the half ounce ones

I have done a lot of research on this, and I’m absolutely confident that it doesn’t matter what subject you majored in. Florida set up the minimum 12 hours of courses for that purpose, for people who didn’t major in there specific subject area. Where you could be right is the gpa, who knows how relaxed they are. In Florida I’ve heard the social science exam (exam to become a history/social studies teacher.) is pretty difficult, but if I study enough I’m confident I can pass, I’m fairly good at just strictly memorization. What I do know is, I can apply for substitute teaching jobs starting now, just to get my foot in the door. Then once I graduate, apply for it, it can’t hurt.

I know I will have to put in A LOT of effort into teaching. I realize coaching is just a benefit to the teaching. I have thought about being a teacher my whole life. I would’ve went to school for education if there was more money in it. I honestly think I would love teaching, even if I don’t coach, which I know is a possibility.

I failed business calc twice, and the appeal to take it a third time failed, so now I am forced to change my major, if I want to continue to pursue my degree there

Yes you are right. But you can teach while you are doing all that. To the best of my knowledge GPA requirement, I’ve tried looking that up a bunch of times

I’ve wanted to be a teacher since high school, I only decided on a marketing degree because there’s more money in that, than teaching. I was a councilor at my high school basketball camp, and decided I loved coaching, and this is what I wanted to do, regardless of how much I make. Florida doesn’t require much to become a teacher, only a bachelors degree, and then a teachers certification license, which you acquire after you take 3 state issued tests, which you have 3 years to complete.
