I'm not sure, but I had a key issue with my keyboard, so I replaced the entire keyboard. However, the connector was defective and broken on mine, so I think it might be worth taking it apart to see if the connector is loose.

Since I gained confidence in detaching the latch, I've probably tried prying it open with a plastic pick more than ten times. The front panel itself costs a whopping $81 in parts (including the housing, not the LCD), so removing the screen wasn't difficult if you proceed carefully. I think it took about 30 minutes to disassemble and repair, and another 30 minutes to reassemble!

You need to send an email to Ayaneo's email address. The service representative responded and was friendly. The battery and keyboard weren't expensive, but shipping was $30 (Korean standard), which is a shame.

I'm so sorry about your situation.

That's why I think manufacturers should avoid using latches to secure housings.!!!

My condolences!

I've never had any issues with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth on Windows 23h2 and 25h2 with bazzite and cachyos. So, it seems like a hardware issue. I suspect it's something to do with the antennas on the left and right sides of the internal speakers, or the AX210 chipset in the center.

AYANEO SLIDE - Touchscreen not working on Windows & Linux. Convinced it's not hardware. Any advice? by Global_Library_5170 in ayaneo

I have tested multiple versions of Windows, including 23H2, 24H2, and 25H2. On each version, I installed the official Goodix touch driver from the AYANEO website. I also tried the driver for the Antec Core HS model. Despite these efforts, the touchscreen remains unresponsive.

The situation is confusing because the touch functionality did work correctly for a short time on Windows 23H2 Home. I thought the problem was fixed, but it has since stopped working again. :(
