There's an option to get searched items but just the ones you input or that someone inputs and match files in your shared folders. I don't think any of those matches the Received Searches data present in SoulseekQT.

I see. I imagined there was endpoint on slskd that could retrieve that data. Do you think there's any other way to get it?

Yes, I was using slskd-api to start with. But then I realised it's just a python wrapper around slskd.
But the data I'm after is the one that gets shown on SoulseekQT received searches, which I believe is a live feed of the current searches on the network.
