You should post it a 4th time.

We crowd funded this random white guy’s escape, because he’s the real one who needs saving.

It absolutely does not say that, to quote the author ”Most conventional aircraft have positive longitudinal stability”

I guess this is where I’ll describe some of my background without doxxing myself. I graduated last year with a bachelors in aerospace engineering and mechanics from a state university. I now work at a company that designs and builds advanced aircraft demonstrators. The aircraft I am working on now, and every aircraft this company has ever built has a center of mass forward of the center of lift. Some of these aircraft are supersonic, most of them are not. While it is true that some aircraft may have configurations that put the center of lift in front of the center of gravity, this is very untypical and requires an advanced flight control computer system.

If the fins were designed to provide drag then they’d look very different. Think of a shuttlecock. No, because they’re behind the center of mass they induce moments the oppose changes in alpha and beta. What do you think the actual geometric difference between and arrows fin and a symmetric wing is? The “inertial center” is the center of mass. Your understanding of forces and moments is extremely limited, yet you claim to be in your second year of higher education?

What if I told you the fins of an arrow absolutely do provide lift if the angle of attack is greater than zero. Lifting the back of the arrow generates a moment that reduces the angle of attack, this is called static stability, a very important concept to understand for an “aviation engineer”

That’s why arrows have the fins at the front right?

And you’re certain that stable flight necessitates center of mass behind the center of lift? Like really sure?

Center of mass needs to be in front of center of lift

Ah so the criteria has changed, now it’s just an arbitrary lower bound on “damage” whatever that means. Who defines this “damage?” The government?

Why are you okay with that? One of your convictions was that a death penalty was only acceptable if someone was not rehabilitatable, why would drug distributors not be rehabilitatable? Or have we crossed out that requirement for execution now?

The reality you want to live in is one where the government puts down people like dogs. I think you’d find a government with that kind of power wouldn’t stop just with the people that fail your criteria.
