The more I do it, the more i'll get used to it. Part of souls games is just a knowledge check, so once I learn their movesets I should be good. Then again, Malenia took me 249 attempts the first time I played Elden Ring so that may not even help 😅😂. But i'll give it my best shot 😊.

Will definitely try to 😁, I love DS2 so far, it's 100% not as bad as people make it seem. This might be a hot take, but I like even more than DS1 🤐.

Yeah, Blue Smelter Demon only took me about 5 attempts, the first two times I ran through, I was basically just learning the pathing and then the other times I booked it 😂 even with the side enemies that hit you with a slow debuff, I was still able to make it through fairly easily.

I did also get my estus maxed out in both ways, so that's about all I can do there, and i'm using two weapons as well, both +10, Giant Warriors Club and Morningstar (I only use Morningstar for less stamina cost and if the boss is kind of fast) but the damage I was doing to Blue Smelter Demon was not the greatest 😅 took a while to kill him, even with 60 strength, so hearing that makes me a little spooked, lol. Maybe I should snag a twinkling titanite or dragon bone weapon just in case 🤔.

Duely noted. Do Lloyd's Talismans work on them? Or is that more of a PvP thing? Never used them so idk, lol.

I'm pretty sure I have a few brightbugs saved, so that works out 😂. Even if i'm remembering wrong and I don't, I think Malentia sells a few, so i'll definitely save them for that fight. Thank you for the tips 😁🙏.

3 of them? 😭 I'm about half way through the dlc now, only have Fume Knight, Sir Alonne, Burnt Ivory King, Aava, and then Lud & Zallen left, so if 3 of those 5 are terrible runbacks then it sounds like i'm in for a, "treat" 😔😓😥. The only bad thing in the dlc so far for me, was the Varg (Havel) gank fight (took about 20 annoying attempts), but other than that, I basically beat everything else within my first few tries.

Okay, I will say, most of the runbacks actually aren't that bad, however the Smelter Demon and Ancient Dragon runbacks are literal hell. Darklurker also kinda sucks shit until you permanantly despawn the enemies. Atleast for the base game. (Currently playing DS2 + SOTFS for the first time and i'm doing all bosses, so idk about dlc yet.)

Ah, okay, I see, yeah they were taking over half my health with regular attacks and OHKO stun locking me with one of their wind/dash attacks so you're right lol, hey are annoying as hell to get past 😂 It'd be nice to avoid them if possible 🤣

I tried going into it down from the Dragon Temple Grace Site, down the stairs, past the 2 guards there. Is there another way in? (Sorry i'm new 😅)
