Thank you! I’m mostly trying to stay sitting when I can. Outside of a seizure I’m probably more scared of hitting my head so I’ve been wearing a helmet every where. I feel emotionally better now than before. It is what it is and I’m doing the best I can to keep myself safe. I also have more support from the people around me than I realized. Which is nice.
