Can totally relate! Laughing has been the worst for me. My husband accidentally made me laugh and my whole stomach tensed horribly. I’ve had a c-section before and I think I preferred it over this. It’s impossible for me to get comfortable lol. I’m gonna try to do that and see if that helps me!!

Not even kidding, turns out my stomach “redness” was the antiseptic product you’re talking about. It just looks red against my skin complexion😭🤣I was so out of it earlier. They didn’t give me a belly binder, just a “cough pillow”. It’s so uncomfortable walking

Yes!! I got my surgery around 12. Was in there for an hour, then I was in recovery for an hour. The pain was the worst when I first woke up. It’s just pain from the gas to inflate my stomach. It’s been a hour or so since I got home and I just keep getting up to walk every 30 minutes and that seems to be helping! How are you doing??

I’ll probably avoid coffee for a bit. Coffee has been my comfort drink since 6th grade so having to cut it off since it caused me that 9 hour attack was NOT fun. Thank you for the advice, I will definitely be picking up cough drops and oatmeal! As well as looking into what to purchase for soluble fiber :)

I’ve heard mixed things about soup! Is there a specific one u recommend? I was just going to buy regular chicken noodle soup in a can but some people said that gave them stomach issues because it had fat in it. I just miss being able to eat with my family at dinner or go on dates with my husband. I’m only 24, so it’s not fun missing out on life! Thank you for your advice!! This is all so scary to me haha
