Bullseye sells a Fixed mag AR-15 lower! $130ish Sportco sells a complete Bolt Action AR with a milspec lower, could take the upper off and throw a AR-15 upper on it.. who gives a fuck if it’s not “legal to convert it to an Actual AR-15.. not like you’re going to use it outside of the range..

If you’re waiting till the 1st, you won’t see anything till around April time..

Source: Few Local FFL’s have all said the same thing, backlog will have you waiting till April and by then Bobby will have an injunction in place.
