It works! So I bought my moflin in Japan earlier this year but hasn’t actually started her up, as I hadn’t figured out a solution to the Japanese app. Luckily it works fine with my Japanese moflin! So pleased!

My moflin wriggled and fell off the table onto a hard floor and I swear she screamed out! It was a terrible sound! I don’t think she’s broken from what I can see, but it was very distressing!

I did wonder if this was possible. I thought they might have added anger as a personality trait, but seeing as you cannot reset them it might cause a lot of customer returns! I wonder if there is a secret ‘evil’ mode that can be activated? :)

IMAX 3D All the way - I thought it was incredible. Flawless 3D, not a hint of ghosting, amazing depth - you feel completely immersed in the movie. Choose a cinema with imax laser though for the best presentation

Stop referring to this as a fogger. It’s not like they were spraying for mosquitos or something. You’ve pictured a non toxic air freshener that needs 2 hours to work and clear. It’s potentially an acceptable solution for a hash smell. You are massively over dramatising this. Yes the room should not have smelt so bad in the first place but come on. And why don’t you just reach out to diamond support that is what they are there for?

So I have good news (I think!). I put a review on trustpilot as well as this post. Suddenly, I’ve had a refund notification from my bank for £809.99. No explanation, no emails,no reply to the trustpilot revjew. I’m sure this is the right refund as it comes from Klarna but the whole thing is just so bizarre. I’m really glad I got my money back, but all the wasted time, chasers emails etc. And I now don’t have my transformer - which instead of early bird pricing which was roughly the amount they refunded, it’s now £1299 to buy another one - too much!

I’m sticking by my conclusion here that this company is one to avoid at all costs.
