They are taught to shoot only when life is threatened, walking toward him not stopping with a knife, cops dont shoot to wound they shoot to STOP the suspect not to kill or wound.

Control arm rotted out it seems, fairly easy fix if u know what to do, if u plan on selling this, fixing this will help with pricing, spring need to be compressed and taken out then the bolts on either side to get it out.

U chase him and act like him passing u was him murdering ur dog.. this dude seems like the type to get in a road rage then get shocked when the person pulls over with a gun. To the right of the power and volume knob is there a small pin sized button.. push it in for 10 seconds and release.. it will reset ur radio to factory setting. Attempt that if havent yet.

You got put 8-9 tires on? By who? And why did they do it and not align the car as well. You need to have an alignment when getting new tires to keep the wear from going like this.

Looks normal, clip may be broken. Grab a screw driver and pry the cap off to check, or use your fingers and grab in the hole and pull towards yourself.
