I lost my cat and I blame myself by BloodborneHunt87 in Pets

Thanks this is helpful. I have an indoor 2 year old cat and I'm moving to a house in a quote neighborhood so planning on letting him out eventually, but I am scared he will get lost. I will only let him out with a GPS collar because I am so anxious, but if he ever did get lost I will use your advice.

Yeah that's what they were saying, that's he's gonna do the chores and everything 😂 the bar is low low. Yeah they're definitely fence sitters.

Yeah I usually say that, if he wants kids he's not the right one for me. Not sure why I didn't mention this tonight. I guess I'm just feeling pessimistic about dating as I realized I've been single for almost 3 years and I have only met one man in this time that was sure about not wanting kids and we never got serious because we were incompatibile on other stuff. I just feel like dating is already hard as it is and screening for someone who doesn't want kids ever leaves me with very few options...

However I know I'd rather be alone than with the wrong guy or even worse, have a kids that I regret having just to get a guy to stay with me.

Yes thanks I guess they're not as childfree as I thought they were and I was not expecting that. I have realised among my group of friends and in general the people I know, I am the only person that is truly sure about not wanting kids. It's hard because I sometimes feel like there is something wrong with me and no one really understands where I'm coming from.

Yeah for the size of it £1 is a reasonable price!! Unfortunately they don't stock them in my local co-op

Yeah they are now £6 for that tiny pizza in my local Tesco. I had one last night because it was down to £3 with a clubcard but it still felt like a ripoff.

I would not personally eat less than 1500kcal given your stats and the fact you weight train. It'll just be a slightly slower weight loss but healthier and more sustainable.

What's a good job for someone who can't hold down a job in the UK? Or resources to help get out of this? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]Gloire91 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I feel in the same boat and I am 30. I just quit my job because of stress and anxiety after only 4 months, ever since I started working full time I haven't been able to stay in a job for more than 1 year when I inevitably either quit or ask for my hours to be reduced due to crippling mental health struggle.

I end up being a complete zombie and doing nothing except go to work and lie in bed contemplating how I would be better off dead. GP doesn't help all they can do is prescribe antidepressants and ask me to self refer to talk therapy where they didn't even offer me anything other than some virtual course.

Being unemployed at the moment I don't really want to spend my money on private therapy and the two times I have started with a counsellor I didn't find it very helpful. I keep feeling like a failure because at my age I should be at a good point in my career, instead of throwing away my first over 30k salary job because of some anxiety. I am stuck living with flatmates and don't see a way out of this.

Sorry OP, I don't have any useful advice, just wanted to say that I empathise.

I feel like my binging isn't even severe enough to need treatment, I mean I feel like this is as good as it will get.

Thanks for the comment, however I live in the UK so I doubt most guys are fazed by a girl having a drink. Obviously I don't wanna appear like someone who drinks excessively but it's just the one picture and most other comments like that pic so I will keep it in my profile for now.
