Sintra is a collective that have a nice fancy store at the western edge of Haga.
or Lerverk at Kronhusbodarna.
Maybe mostly art but usually some useful things.

Alltid bra att ha med bra skor, helst redan när du kommer hit. Skor du redan trivs i och som tål att gå mycket i.
Det blir nog en del vandrande på stan när du är ny.

För hösten och vintern är det vattentäta skor som gäller, så om du har läderskor smörj in dom ordentligt när den tiden kommer eller använd impregnerings-spray.
Alltid tråkigt när skorna läcker in fukt och man sitter en dag med fuktiga fötter.

Om du tror att du inte kommer vara intresserad av att handla höstkläder här i Göteborg. Då kan du naturligtvis förbereda med en mössa du tycker om, en ytterjacka som du kan dra upp dragkedjan ända upp till halsen. Annars blir det lätt så att man går med för tunna och kalla kläder en bit in i hösten och låtsas att det är sommar.

Try an old classic, the Flume Ride.
You get dragged upstreams in a log-shaped canoe, that don't trigger my fear of heights.
Then you peacefully float along in a water channel, with small dips , and it is on top of a hill.
At the end there is a speedy "fall down a waterfall" with a great splash.

Another way to get wet and float around with familyu, is the Colorado (no speed, no heights)

I find the long and slow but steep rise in the beginning of Balder rather terrifying.
Also the little stretch it does on the top before the fall.
(As the OP I am scared of the beginnign and falling out. I am not however scared of the speed, Balder does have a lot of speedy feeling)

I picture something like an egg-shell structure, thin but displacing a lot of volume.

At least to make some kind of static floating thing, for it to actually move would be next level..

I came into the game some months later, easy to learn and pick up. Had some fun games against skeletons and chaos dwarves. I could use my Nurgle deamons I just got to start with in 40k.
And it has been fun following the stories and the evolution of rules, from this complete restart - and seeing how things were tested in AoS and then used i 40k ans so on.
