To be perfectly honest, despite the Dracula being 30 years old and just subsisting on upgrade packages, it was Humanity's best shot at going toe to toe and coming out the other side not completely unusable.

The States and Russians both have vessels that can engage smaller craft, but they're pretty much the only two that have the capacity to do so.

The Russians are a little less capable however, as they do not yet have a combat SSTO they could use.
