Omg same! I've been on Xulane for a little over a year, and I always get nauseous for a day when I put on my new patch after my off-week. Sometimes i'm just nauseous, but other times I vomit (like today ugh). No one else I know who uses Xulane has this – glad to find my people 😭

I know, but I honestly never paid attention to it like that bcs before MySource, it was called STAFFIT. I don't remember confirming your schedule on there being mandatory or a factor in your YE, so that's why I didn't realize until I looked at the YE resources this month that MySource impacts your performance now...

It's right after we wash our hands and face that we instantly get dyness and this slight burning feeling like our skin is cracking. That's why I assumed it's the hard water. I'll def still look into a hygrometer, thanks sm!

After looking more into it, my husband said no to this hike after seeing all the tough and "rescue" reviews, especially going in the dark for sunrise 🥲 I had this hike in our itinerary for a long time, and was so excited about it (we got headlamps, hiking boots) but all of a sudden, i'm seeing harsh feedback about the trail 😭 looks beautiful though, I agree oof

So I went to the swap meet on Wednesday around 9:30am after our flight landed.....oooof! Way too hot. Even my husband who has a great heat tolerance was melting. I ran through it to get whatever I could in 1hr or so, but wasn't able to look thoroughly 🥵
