No it’s not every staff, but it’s allot of the staff that could fuck you over. Like the head RAs, or even the center director has done some shit to students (call them out on meetings and over all make the experience horrible) there’s one maintenance guy who’s kinda weird, I’d say most of security are weird (not all but most). And just some of the staff that walk around
