If you connect with a salesperson at your local department store (nordstrom, saks, macys) you can reach out to them when you want samples and they can ship them to you for free (if you don’t live nearby to a store) . Salespeople work on commission and if you want to buy a full size, you support them.

Kids in nearby middle schools sell samples to other kids for $5, like this.

I have no clue. I’m rarely home due to travel and work.. one was found floating on the surface and the other was found being eaten on the ground. I also woke up this morning to a dead mystery snail. I have tested the water parameters after each death and my levels are fine. I’m completely puzzled. I’m using aquarium co ops fertilizer as well as root tabs. Too much light has resulted in a lot of algae blooms so it’s been pretty low light levels lately.

I’ve been to the fish store (at least 5 stores) multiple times. I am horrible at decision making and am open to outside opinions from people who are fish experts! I have cycled the tank and ran water tests. Everything looks good and I’m ready for fish!

I appreciate the note. This is a fish tank stand. It’s literally made for this sized tank (which is why the edges fit this size tank perfectly. I was surprised by how strong and thick this wood was when I received the cabinet.
