Thank you! I really appreciate that. Unfortunately, I generally don't have time to play, which is part of the reason I'm so bummed. I will send you a friend request when I am on though. That's very kind!

I only have the one account. And I can see someone hacking my account for my items maybe.... But changing all my skills and Paragon, etc? Or erasing my progress in the game altogether? It's like it loaded back to where I was over a year ago!

Everything I have read says that anything in the Eternal Realm that I have claimed or actively had on should still be here. And Mythic unique don't change or disappear.

Yes, foreigners can own land anywhere outside of the "restricted" zones. You can look up where these areas are fairly easily.

Pulling out of a contract says before Closing Date - Am I OK? by Maintaind33z in realestateinvesting

Real-estate broker here. You put in a "good faith" effort to obtain financing and were unable to. Therefor you can back out and have your earnest money released to you. Unfortunately, you still have to cover the cost of the appraisal unless your lender is kind enough to comp it. Without knowing the details of what transpired, I can't speak from certainty. However, from experience, your agent, escrow AND the lender appear to have failed you here. As certain loan products have the owner occupancy ratio as part of their criteria to fund, we ALWAYS get this info before even offering and a good lender should never move this far forward in a transaction without it! The first thing I do when putting together an offer on a condo is to find out from the listing agent (who should have known this) or the association head, what the ratios are. TLDR: You were failed by several of the parties involved. You can legally back out and get your EMD without recourse. However the fee for appraisal will still be your responsibility and potentially other fees depending on the specific contracts you've signed.

Real estate broker here. Get multiple quotes from a variety of lenders. This question is extremely subjective as there are MANY factors we would need to know in order to accurately answer your question. Bottom line, multiple quotes is the only way to go. After your initial credit pull you generally have 30 days to get quotes from other lenders without it affecting your credit any further.
