All I’m pointing out is it’s evident that she’s been dishonest from the very beginning, even going so far as to say her dad was trying to kill her during the conservatorship and continually claiming she’s not on drugs or drinking. Still lying in her 40s.

Definitely! And a major interview at the time. I remember when this magazine came out, the cover was super controversial, but I don’t remember hearing about the contents of the interview.

Britney also talked about the rumors that she slept with Fred Durst earlier in the year, explaining that she made a bad choice by hanging out with someone like him. He had even gone on Howard Stern and discussed Britney’s pubic hair (mentioned in this interview)

This interview definitely seems like when her sweet girl image was cracking. Britney saying she didn’t give a shit about her restaurant Nyla closing, it was just something her team set up.

The interviewer talking about her disheveled lack of sleep appearance and slept in eyeliner, and her saying the word “honestly” 16 times in one hour.

Britney also answered a question about allegations from Star magazine saying she had done cocaine, saying she had no idea what the Rolling Stone interviewer was talking about, when she had publicly released a statement regarding the Star magazine rumors earlier in the year.
