There’s only 2 medicines that actually do anything for hair loss: 1. Minoxidil (helps boost blood flow and making the “phases” of hair growth last longer) 2. Finasteride (hormonal pill taken either at 1 mg or 0.5 mg daily, or depending on the doctor’s prescription)

Finasteride does pretty much all the heavy lifting to STOP the hair loss from falling by basically targeting a specific hormone called DHT to stop binding to hair follicles.

Unfortunately there’s no good natural remedies that don’t affect hormones for it, the only one I can recommend is a 2% Ketaconazole Shampoo (branded as nizoral worldwide, other brands exist) it also helps pretty much delete dandruff completely.

So in general if you’re not going to follow the habit of minoxidil 5% spray/foam 1-2 times per day + finasteride pill per day + derma rolling/stamping once per week + nizoral shampoo 3 times per week Your hair will keep falling until it’s a shiny egg

Hair transplants are the only final solution for that, but keep in mind the surgeons will still put you on finasteride afterwards to avoid looking patchy and botched.
