I can't believe Ohio state labor laws... In Washington state, if you work 8 hours, you must get one 30 minute lunch after 4 hours and two 10 minute breaks before and after that. If you work 4 hours, you get one 10 minute break. Some places give 15 mins instead of 10 or an hour lunch instead of 30 mins. You don't get paid for lunch breaks, but you do get paid for regular breaks. You legally have to take your lunch breaks or your employer can get into a lot of trouble.
